Announcement on the Prequalification Result of the International Competition of the Conceptual
Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen
2016年6月19日，由深圳市特發(fā)集團有限公司組織的《深圳市小梅沙片區(qū)概念性總體規(guī)劃方案國際競賽》資格預審會在深圳市花園格蘭云天大酒店二樓紫荊花廳召開。來自上海、青島、深圳的7名專家組成了評審專家委員會。
On June 19th, 2016, the Prequalification Meeting of the International Competition of the
Conceptual Masterplanning for Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen, organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone
Development Group Co., Ltd., was held in the Redbud Ballroom, 2/F, Grand Skylight
Garden Hotel. The jury panel was constituted by seven experts from Shanghai, Qingdao and Shenzhen.
評審專家對報名機構提交的報名資料進行了認真審閱、討論和評審并進行了記名投票。根據(jù)現(xiàn)場得票統(tǒng)計結果，確定了8家入圍設計機構和2家備選設計機構（含聯(lián)合體，下同）分別如下：
The jury panel read and carried out discussion and evaluation on all the application
documents submitted by registered design firms. According to the disclosed voting result,
eight shortlisted and two alternative design firms (including consortiums,
similarly hereinafter) are as follows:

對入圍的8家設計機構，我方將發(fā)出《編制概念提案邀請函》，并于2016年6月29日統(tǒng)一組織現(xiàn)場踏勘及答疑。
We will issue the Invitation to Draft the Concept Proposal to the shortlisted 8 firms. Furthermore,
we will organize the Site Visit& Q&A meeting on June 29th, 2016.
已報名但未獲得《編制概念提案邀請函》的設計機構可自費參與概念提案編制，如想?yún)⑴c下一階段的競賽須于北京時間2016年6月25日17:00前將《參與確認回執(zhí)》（詳見附件）發(fā)送到我方聯(lián)系郵箱：xiaomeisha2016@qq.com，以此確認參與下一階段競賽。其提交的概念提案也可參加評審，除不能獲得概念提案成本補償費外，與入圍設計機構有同等獲得正式設計邀請的機會。
Those registered design firms that fail to receive the Invitation to Draft the Concept Proposal can
draft the concept proposal on their cost. If those design firms would like to take
part in it, they shall send the Confirmation Letter of Participation (see the
Appendix) to xiaomeisha2016@qq.com to confirm their participation to the next step
before 17:00, June 25th, 2016. Their submitted concept proposals can also be presented for review and
evaluation; moreover, such design firms will enjoy equal opportunities as the invited design firms to get the
formal design invitation from the Organizer except that no compensation is paid to cover the cost of the
concept proposal.
